I started Ignite Fitness in October 2022 with one mission:
To create a space where women feel strong, supported, and inspired to grow.Fitness changed my life—and now I get to help others change theirs. From weight training in high school to building a full-blown gym community, I’ve poured my heart into making Ignite a place where people love to show up.
What I’m all about:
✨ Building confidence through movement
✨ Making fitness fun, approachable, and empowering
✨ Helping others discover their strength—inside and outA few fun facts:
🇨🇦 I’m originally from Canada
🧳 I’ve visited 30 U.S. states (yes, including Hawaii & Alaska!)
📚 I’m a published author
🏐 I’m obsessed with volleyball, board games, and hockey (Go Leafs!)
🎢 And yes... I’ve even been bungee jumpingMy favorite quote:
"One of the most important things in life is that you don't let the judgment of others control your actions. If you do, you'll never accomplish anything. Just keep your head down and grind."Come say hi—I’d love to meet you!
Let’s ignite something powerful together 💪🔥
Tyson Robertson - From Injury to Impact
SUF Certified Trainer & Anatomy Specialization, King of Kettlebells
-
Tyson grew up right here in the Walla Walla Valley, where he thrived in sports like basketball, baseball, and soccer. After graduating from Oregon State in 2005 and working as a food scientist at Tillamook (yes—he still loves their cheese and ice cream!), life took an unexpected turn.
At 28, Tyson tore his Achilles, gained 40 pounds, and found himself in daily pain.
That’s when everything changed. He dove deep into strength, conditioning, and mobility—not just to heal, but to rebuild a better, stronger version of himself. Now, Tyson brings that same passion and experience to Ignite Fitness—helping others move well, feel strong, and live without limits.
Because he’s been there—and he knows the way forward.
Want to train with someone who gets it?
