We are offering a demo group class Wednesday (4/7) @ 4:30pm - 1331 Dell Ave, Walla Walla

The class will be taught by Carissa Vixie and is going to be a blast!! Bring a buddy and drop in for 30 minutes to see if this class is a good fit for you! 

What is Inferno Pilates?

Inferno Pilates is a challenging, full-body, low-impact, high-intensity workout that utilizes Pilates principles. 

The class is designed to be fun and motivating, focusing on toning and strengthening muscles without joint impact. The exercises are rooted in Pilates principles, emphasizing core engagement and controlled movements. These workouts will target all major muscle groups, including the core, legs, arms, and glutes.

Great for beginners to advanced fitness levels as all exercises can be customized to you.
